A Bolton property management company required a new logo and corporate identity to launch a range of promotion and marketing materials. Although the company was already well established, the existing corporate identity was a mish mash of many different marketing campaigns, and it was felt that undertaking a new unified look would help to secure more business.
The logo consists of a simple logotype, and a stylish icon that can also be used on its own. The icon is constructed from a sideways ‘k’ and ‘j’ (being the initials of the business), that form a slightly abstract house shape. The colour palette was narrowed down to corporate blue, grey and white tones, which look professional and offer nice contrast.
As part of the new wave of marketing collateral, A5 leaflets were created to advertise the core elements of the business; rentals and mortgages. The leaflets also doubled up as a way to let people know about the new professional image. The corporate identity was carried throughout to good effect, with stock images being utilised for extra visual punch.
